Manager of Claims Support – Toronto

Manage, mentor and motivate a team of 10 – 12 Claims Assistants, contribute and ensure customer service excellence and recruit and train claims assistants.

Work closely with claims management team to ensure compliance and monitor and control expenses.

Liaise with all managers regarding processing of documents and administrative support.

Assess teams performance and perform individual staff performance appraisals

Required:

Previous management experience preferred

Technical knowledge / experience in Property Claims

Working towards CIP / FCIP

Multi Task and Prioritize with the ability to make informed decisions

Outgoing, upbeat personality, strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to train, mentor, motivate and develop Claims Assistants
