Working directly with our Commercial Brokers and Account Managers to deliver an unmatched prospect and client service experiences. Assist and master key tasks like new account creation, certificate of insurance issuance, invoicing, preparing client files and follow ups, reviewing policy documentation and preparing it for transmittal.
Develop relationships with underwriters, brokers and colleagues to ensure timely and accurate issuance of all documentation. Triage incoming calls, quote requests and customer inquiries.
Comma Recruitment is looking for:
- 2 years of commercial insurance industry experience, with personal lines experience or 5 years of professional administrative experience
- Computer skills – proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Applied TAM etc.
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently

Personal Lines Sales Executive – Work from home

Comma Recruitment is looking for sales producers to close home and auto sales from leads provided, working fully remote you will utilize your Personal Lines knowledge and RIBO license to close sales earning 60% commission on all new business.
Make your mark as a top Sales Producer in a growing industry with uncapped commissions. In this high-volume sales role, you will use your Personal Insurance expertise to produce new business, while ensuring your customers have the coverage they need.
Here is what a typical day looks like:
- Target new business and digital sales from leads and opportunities provided
- Support new and existing customers by offering recommendations for products and services, ensuring accurate data, coverage amounts and endorsements
- Navigate multiple insurance partner online portals
- Quote new business through outbound calls, inbound calls, referrals and leads.
- Communicate with insurance company Underwriters to ensure evolving guidelines are met
- Prospect and up-sell when talking to customers on all lines of business sold
- Liaise between client and external insurance partners to ensure fair and proper representation for both parties
- Continuous self-development, through industry and community involvement, and industry related courses
The value you bring
- RIBO License and insurance industry knowledge required
- Experience closing sales and providing excellent customer service during all interactions
- The ability to communicate professionally
- Experience selling Personal Lines home and auto policies or managing a book of business.
