Group Benefits : Client Services Representative – Toronto / Mississauga

Client Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for servicing a block of Clients in partnership with the Account Executive, Technical Analyst and the Client Services Assistant.

The incumbent is responsible for preparing/organizing client meeting agendas, attending client meetings, recording, transcribing and distributing minutes, pre and post client meeting communication and coordination of action items from meetings, management of client and team filing, manage assigned client matters and handle client inquiries.

Reporting to the designated Account Executive.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • University or College Diploma in a related field
  • 3-5 years progressive experience in a group benefits environment
  • Customer service, team oriented and cooperative
  • Experience writing reports and minutes of meetings
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Superior organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stay within established deadlines
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Computer literate – thorough knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point is required
  • Demonstrated flair for detail, highly motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Working knowledge of government legislation an asset
  • Working towards a CEBS designation an asset
