Comma Recruitment are looking for a RIBO licensed insurance advisor to service an existing book of business, including many high value and antique vehicles, also to promote our products and follow up on leads and high value referrals

Identifying customer needs to build on existing products which includes developing plans, introducing new products and services and quoting and marketing high value personal insurance business while servicing an existing book of selected clients.
- Creating a trusting environment that fosters new sales opportunities and retention of existing business.
- Actively participating within the team unit and independently to continuously contribute to overall business improvement.
- Tackling complex insurance-related cases, creatively utilizing all available resources until full resolution is met.
- Maintains a current database and promptly follows up on all client communications.
- Maintains accurate logs of quotes completed
- Keeps updated on company underwriting guidelines and changing markets.
- Directing or responding to telephone inquiries and written requests.
- Resolving product and service problems.
- Responding to inquiries to attract potential customers. This includes answering questions and providing information regarding products and services, obtaining ex-dates, and meeting or surpassing ex-date objectives.
- Processing rewrites and remarkets following established new-business guidelines.
- Providing quality service while adhering to customer service standards, keeping information confidential to protect operations
We are looking for RIBO licensed brokers with 2+ years experience with servicing or selling insurance policies, ideally within a brokerage environment. Experience with hi9gh value or antique vehicles a bonus
- Licensed to sell insurance, either a Quebec or RIBO license preferred
- Exceptional communication skills and the demonstrated ability to deal effectively with all level of internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent problem solving skills and ability to handle customer issues in a pleasant and positive manner.
- Superior time management and organizational skills to handle competing priorities.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Preference given to candidates with experience using TAM, Epic, Salesforce and Company portals
- Bilingual French and English is an asset though not required for Ottawa based roles.
