Junior Bilingual Claims Adjusters – Full Time Role with Full Training Provided

Comma Recruitment are looking for bright and talented bilingual candidates with insurance industry experience to train and develop into Claims Adjusters and Adjudicators.

We provide full time, salaried position, full on the job and in class training and the opportunity to develop into a claims adjuster, working for a multi national insurance and benefits company.

Working in a team environment you will utilize your strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English, interacting with clients, claimants, and all relevant stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Experience in insurance industry an asset, especially in a claims environment.
2. Must possess excellent customer service skills, be team oriented and cooperative with co-workers, consultants and departments
3. Bilingual fluency is required (English/French)
4. Excellent analytical and letter writing skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
5. Ability to prioritize, multi-task and adapt well to change in a busy office environment
6. Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and adhere to departmental standards.
7. As a self-directed individual, demonstrated good judgment with the ability to initiate and accomplish tasks expediently and with minimum supervision.
