Comma Recruitment require talented Customer Service Reps to provide exemplary customer service to clients within our Service Department who have home and auto policies with us

 

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

 

•             You will be our primary contact with your clients for service related issues.

•             Contact upcoming renewals, create referrals and explain coverages

•             Clear communication and quality telephone skills are very fundamental to your success.

•             Alert your team members to industry related issues requiring action or further communication.

•             When interacting with your clients, look for opportunities to up sell related and relevant coverages (such as optional accident     benefits, water damage coverage, valuable articles floaters, claims protection etc.).

•             When the insurer issues a non-renewal or the client requests a cancellation, promptly connect with your client and offer alternative coverages and/or pricing options. Retention is our key objective.

•             Maintain complete and accurate client activity notes on SigXp.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

•             Post Secondary Education (college preferred)

•             R.I.B.O. license required.

•             Three to five years of successful customer service ideally with experience in a brokerage

•             Familiarity with SigXp considered an asset

•             Fluency in a second language is beneficial .

 

 

COMPENSATION

•             Our salary range is industry competitive and includes paid group benefits. Starting salary $40,000 – $45,000 + Bonus, we can be flexible with salary for candidates with extensive brokerage service experience

•             There is an annual bonus based on a combination of your individual performance as well as Brokerage results.

•             Full time roles with Vacation and Statutory holidays

•             Start times are flexible and range between 8:30 and 10am. Team co-ordination is required.

The Claims Manager will also be responsible for the day to day operations and departmental strategies in the achievement of regional goals for customer service, productivity and quality.

 

Responsibilities

Comma Recruitment Required Experience, Qualifications, and Expectations:

6+ years of experience in commercial Property/Casualty underwriting including senior-level experience in this area, CIP designation, strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

 

Strong property and casualty product knowledge, and the ability to make sound underwriting decisions for mid-market and larger complicated accounts.

 

Possess excellent oral and written communication skills and superb time management and organizational skills.
