Comma Recruitment are looking for an Intake Analyst, a healthcare background with strong administration skills, a background working with IME’s and Kinesiology an advantage.
- Respond to incoming communications from customers within client SLAs
- Input data into W5 (patient data management system) and/or Client Referral Software
- Review medical files and request missing information where applicable, ensuring adequate follow up where necessary
- Input & maintain accuracy of information in W5 database (contact, patient, etc.)
- Analyze referral & medical files to determine appropriate medical discipline for the file and process accordingly
- Generate itemized list of documents for corresponding cases in W5 prior to assessments for all direct assessments, papers and occasionally addendums based on predetermined timelines
- Generate and provide Information and Direction for Assessor about the purpose of the assessment
- Documenting all communication between parties and ensuring it is clear, concise and comprehensive
- Responsible for providing external and internal stakeholders with information about our services
- Responds to requests from lawyers, insurance adjusters and employers for medical legal reports and correspondences
- May be required to supervise and train support staff under the direction of the manager

- Knowledge of the rehabilitation and independent medical sector
- Healthcare professional or healthcare background preferred but not mandatory (kinesiology)
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and problem solving skills
- Customer service experience required, ideally in the service sector

- Computer literacy (Windows, Microsoft office)
- Ability to adapt to use of multiple databases

We are looking for Inbound Contact Centre Agents to join our Contact Centre in our Etobicoke Head Office, we also have a Vaughan office but initial 3 months training will be at Etobicoke.
We’re looking for Customer Service Representatives with excellent communication skills to join our growing team.
Our Customer Service Department is different than the norm. We don’t work weekends, 9:00PM is the latest you would work, and your shifts would be set! The shift will be one of the following 11:00am – 7:00pm, 12:00pm – 8:.00pm or 1:00pm – 9:00pm
Your primary goal in this role will be to help clients and professionals by answering questions about our Extended Health and Dental, Pension and Administration of benefits plans and policies.
Success here means providing callers with a great experience. You’ll help a variety of people each day, from policy holders to medical professionals to union representatives. All call centre or customer service experiences will be valuable as you listen carefully, show empathy, and respond correctly. Sometimes you’ll have the answer, sometimes you’ll escalate the issue. You’ll always handle your calls professionally and with care.
