Customer Service Broker – RIBO, Personal Lines, will develop Commercial Lines

Description:

Comma Recruitment are looking for a RIBO licensed Service Broker / CSR to service a book of Personal Lines business, the role can develop and we can train and develop you on Commercial Lines too.

The position will focus on service of new and existing Personal Lines clients but will also provide support to the Commercial Lines Department as well as assist with general administrative office duties.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Service existing clients needs, policy changes, claims inquiries and general day to day account management.
• Initiate, negotiate and process renewals and endorsements.
• Communicate with underwriters and adjusters to discuss/ arrange coverages and assist with claims.
• Assist Producer with new business submissions, proposals, quotes, remarkets and binders as required
• Responsible for retention of existing book of business and generating new business opportunities through cross sell, upsell and referral opportunities to support overall team targets.
• Provide front line support for walk in clients, processing outgoing mail and courier.
• Prepare certificates of insurance and support Commercial Lines Department as needed

Qualifications:

• Currently holds a RIBO license in good standing
• Experience as a Personal Lines CSR
• Ability to deliver positive customer experiences
• Self starter and ability to build efficiencies within your daily workflow
• Commitment to growth and development.
• Experience with insurance systems, portals etc an asset
