The role involves Ontario Accident Benefits course development and training. This is a highly technical position.
•You will work with the Director, National Claims School to identify professional development needs
•Design, develop and deliver new and existing in-house educational courses and materials
•Deliver Training and Workshops on claims related topics.
•Improve/modify existing courses based on instructor and student feedback
•Develop new modules for existing courses
•Test and design student labs/exercises as necessary
•Produce or work with graphics used as visual aids within courses
As the successful candidate, you possess a minimum of five years experience in Ontario Accident Benefits claims adjusting.
What you bring to this role:
•Proficient in the language of instruction with experience in preparing good quality documents
•A minimum of 5 years full time practical training and course design/development or related experience
•Excellent written and oral communication skills
•Strong presentation and facilitation skills
•Knowledge of training in claims personal lines
•Organized and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
•Highly energetic with a strong work ethic
•Working knowledge of current and emerging training tools and learning aids
