Roles & Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Currently holds a RIBO license in good standing

How You Will Affect the Business:
- Overall supervision and development of all Client Solutions and Personal Lines service team within designated area.

- Provide guidance and support to personal lines service staff.

- Ensure underwriting practices and procedures are effectively understood, reinforced, and in compliance (e.g. policy changes, renewals, etc.).
- Ensure staffing levels are appropriate to meet client needs, including a quarterly review of the book of business within your designated branch.
- In collaboration with Area President and SVP of Operations, build and maintain a sustainable workplace culture of respect, fairness, collaboration and inclusiveness within respective team.
- Monitor and adjust workflow and service standards within the team.
- First point of contact for insurance carrier service issues and procedural changes.
- Supervise processing of policy transactions and the posting of daily transactions.

- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions
- Submit quality submissions to markets
- Provide consultation to brokers regarding differences between quotes and coverages
- Promptly review inspections to verify quality of risk
- Ensure all renewal business is reviewed and quoted appropriately
- Ensure all files are documented properly to avoid potential E&O’s
- Maintain carrier relationships
- Stay abreast of underwriting practices and maintain licenses and certifications
