Bilingual Property Underwriter

Bilingual Property Underwriter (French) – Seasoned, Senior or Intermediate

Comma Recruitment are looking for a seasoned Property Underwriter, the purpose of this position is to provide commercial property underwriting, proper risk classification and compliance to established standards.

Any experience with Boiler/Machinery, Liability, Auto a real asset.

This role would suit a mature candidate with an interest in working for a non-profit organization, a focus on customer service and satisfaction rather than target driven.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years underwriting experience
• Must be fluently bilingual in both French and English
• College or university degree or equivalent work experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Working towards, or have attained, the CIP designation
• Ability to collaborate with peers and subordinates to reach goals as well as the ability to work well independently
