Comma Recruitment are looking for a Quebec licensed insurance advisor to support our personal lines book of business, as a member of our Broker Service team, your responsibilities will include:
• Directing or responding to telephone inquiries and written requests.
• Resolving product and service problems.
• Responding to inquiries to attract potential customers. This includes answering questions and
providing information regarding products and services, obtaining ex-dates, and meeting or
surpassing ex-date objectives.
• Processing rewrites and remarkets following established new-business guidelines.
• Providing quality service while adhering to customer service standards, keeping information
confidential to protect operations.

Comma Recruitment are looking for wonderful service experience with a previous brokerage, superb communication skills and perfectly bilingual in French and English.

• The ability to communicate in both French and English is required.
• AMF or Licensed in Quebec, RIBO a bonus but not required
• A minimum of one year’s experience in personal lines automobile and property insurance.
• Hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm or 9:00am – 5:00pm
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications, experience with insurance
brokerage software such as Epic, PowerBroker or TAM is an asset
