Auto Adjusters to be trained as AB Adjusters

Markham – $45/$50k, 6 weeks in class full training and ongoing mentoring and support.

As a Claim Advisor, AB, you will investigate, assess and settle injury claims by telephone, in person and/or written correspondence. You will also be accountable for:

• Investigation and settlement of injury claims (first party)
• Interpreting insurance policy wordings, determine policy coverage’s and reserves
• Ensure prompt and equitable settlement of claims
• Ensure superior customer service experience for policyholders
• Advise distribution partner on possible coverage opportunities

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school education or equivalent
• Minimum 1 years experience as a Claim Advisor Auto PD or other claim adjusting experience
• Enrolled in, or completion of, CIP designation
• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
• Proficient keyboard skills and computer literacy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment 
• Ability to collaborate to reach goals
• Highly motivated and able to work well independently
