The successful candidate will be required to ensure prompt and equitable settlement of claims, planning, organizing, directing, controlling the operation of AB Claims

- Establish and monitor litigation expense budgets with counsel and ensure that litigation expenses follow budgets.

Qualifications
- Post-secondary education and / or equivalent on the job experience
- Minimum 5-10 years of casualty claims adjusting with litigation and CGL experience. Experience with E&O, D&O and Liability Claims.
