Small Business Account Manager

Comma Recruitment have a full time opportunity for a Commercial / Small Business Account Manager

• Post-secondary education, Undergraduate Degree, CIP or CRM preferred or working towards
• 1 years of commercial insurance  / Small Business Insurance industry experience, broker or underwriter experience is ideal
• Superb customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assessing their insurance needs. Develop relationships.

Accurately identify exposures/risks associated with prospects operations and or gaps in existing coverage and present risk management and or insurance solutions to address them.

Gather underwriting information from prospects, prepare submissions and secure the best terms available from the markets for quotes through negotiations.

Develop relationships with underwriters to ensure timely issuance of documentation and best terms are made available.
