Bilingual Customer Service
The incumbent responds to all telephone calls and provides information regarding Health and Dental benefits, including eligibility for such coverage; also responds to calls related to the Administration Department and the Pension Department.
The Agent communicates with clients and a variety of internal and external professionals. The individual must have extensive knowledge of all policies and procedures related to all clients.
Comma Recruitment are looking for an individual with the ability to work within a team environment with little supervision; identify priorities and adapt well to change.
Once trained there will be an opportunity to work from home if preferred
Qualifications:
- Superior telephone communication skills, Bilingual communication skills in English and French are required.
- Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills, be team oriented and cooperative with co-workers, consultants and departments.
- Must have experience with Benefits, Health & Dental Claims or in a similar administration role.
- Post Secondary degree/diploma or equivalent related experience
- Computer literate – intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel; superior ability with in-house database technology. (training provided)
- Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and departmental standards.
- Demonstrated flair for detail; highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self motivated and able to work well with minimal supervision.
