AB Supervisor – GTA East

AB Supervisor / Manager: Flexible Salary $80- $90k Depending upon experience

 Job Responsibilities:

Ensure timely file disposition, reserve adequacy and maintain quality of file handling.
To provide coaching and appropriate instructions to accident benefits file handlers.
Lead, manage and develop staff to maximize full performance potential.
Establish and monitor performance targets to meet department goals and objectives.
Prepare performance reviews. 
Respond to customer service complaints.
Assist Adjusters with complex/large claims, Train and mentor, Junior, Intermediate and Senior AB Adjusters 
Other duties as assigned.

Experience/Skills required:

7-10 years progressive AB claims experience.
Proven leadership ability with excellent oral and written communication skills. (1+ years Management or Supervisory experience preferred)
Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
High level organizational and time management skills.
Solid understanding of technical components of accident benefits claims handling.
Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making abilities. Knowledge of General, Teleglobe systems.
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of the legal process.
Demonstrated mediation/negotiation experience.
