Comma Recruitment are looking for experienced call center specialists to work with incoming calls dealing with HR, payroll and benefits. Experience or knowledge in these areas is not required although it is a great advantage.
Excellent salary, full time role will include benefits and vacation package and bonuses
Your role will involve:
– Handling incoming calls in both French and English
– Execute Customer Issue Resolution and ensures that proper documentation and follow up takes place
– Executes the handling of Customer Escalated calls through the supervisor line
– Supports Client Manager in researching client escalations.
– Executes the tailoring and delivery of Customer Service client specific training
– Executes the maintenance of Customer Service Desktop tools
– Identifies process improvements based on escalation analysis results
– Monitors and manages customer escalations for offshore and off-phone work
Desired Skills and Experience
– Proficiency with Customer Service Desktop tools
– Fully fluent in both French and English
– Interpreting client requirements documents
– Call Center operations and technology
– Systems, Internet and Telephony Environment
– Customer Service Principles
– Regulatory and legislative knowledge
– Delivery model and best practices
– Bachelor’s degree or work experience required
– Previous benefits, HR or payroll knowledge highly desirable
– Call center operations experience
