Auto PD Claims Manager
Comma Recruitment are looking for a Manager of Auto Physical Damage Claims. Leading a team of Adjusters and Appraisers responsible for ensuring prompt and equitable settlement of Personal Auto Property Damage claims.
The Manager promotes the technical development of their team and seeks to continuously improve the team culture and establish high levels of employee engagement, responsible for the day to day claims coordination of all Auto Physical Damage claims as well as providing sales and underwriting support in the attainment of new business.
Also handling the large national account programs working closely with clients and broker network.
Comma Recruitment are looking for a manager to deliver and exceed on all key performance indicators as it relates to Auto Physical Damage loss development and rental vehicle expenses, claims leakage control and expense management
Training, mentoring and coaching staff to deliver customer service through quality claims handling.
File review and vendor audits, staff appraisals and performance review
At Comma Recruitment we are looking for a talented leader with a comprehensive understanding of Personal Auto Physical damage claims handling and Appraisal acquired through a minimum of five years of progressive experience in the insurance industry.
A Solid understanding of Claims Best Practices and Guidelines with strong leadership skills and the ability to lead a team of technical and skilled employees.
Excellent presentation and negotiating skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver critical feedback.
Min 5 years of recent Auto Physical Damage Claims experience preferred with knowledge and experience with the Appraisal and Image desk
Superior time management and organizational skills
CIP or FCIP designation completed or working towards
University degree or College diploma or equivalent
