Comma Recruitment are looking for talented sales staff with experience growing a book of personal lines home and auto business, there are also opportunities to write commercial lines. Entrepreneurial sales producers that want to grow and develop ownership and an amazing asset within 3 years while earning industry leading commissions, utilizing multiple markets and working in a digital first brokerage set up.

Superb commissions, renewal commissions and 50% book ownership.

Looking for confident and high calibre RIBO Brokers or OTL sales and service staff with the ability to create a referral network, bring in new and renewal business.

• Contact new and existing customers through various channels to promote personal lines and/or commercial lines products.
• Great knowledge of personal lines policies, documentation and procedures.

• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve retention and sales goals
• Develop and maintain a professional relationship with clients and co-workers to enhance understanding of the target market and to contribute to overall profitability of the team

• RIBO or OTL Licensed ( we will train and transfer from OTL to RIBO )
• Excellent computer, verbal and written communication skills
• Use of Insurance systems like EPIC, TAM, PowerBroker, CompuQuote etc an advantage
• Utilizing multiple markets and navigating through relevant portal

Superb commission structure of 65% for new business, 35% year over year renewals which snowball on top of new business commissions and also 50% book ownership.
