Comma Recruitment are looking for talented sales staff to work with digital referrals, leads and renewals to close personal lines home and auto business

Looking for confident and high calibre RIBO Brokers or OTL sales and service staff to transition through to RIBO.

• Contact new and existing customers through strong digital leads to upsell and cross sell Personal Lines Home and Auto products.
• Great knowledge of personal lines policies, documentation and procedures.

• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve sales goals
• Develop and maintain a professional relationship with clients and co-workers to enhance understanding of the target market and to contribute to overall profitability of the team

• RIBO or OTL Licensed ( we will train and transfer from OTL to RIBO )
• Excellent computer, verbal and written communication skills
• Use of Insurance systems like TAM, PowerBroker, CompuQuote etc an advantage
