Personal Lines Sales Broker     $45,000 base + Commissions + Benefits and Vacation.

Comma Recruitment are looking for a RIBO licensed sales and service representative.

The sales broker role is responsible for the growth of personal lines business through inbound and outbound sales activities. This position requires a good knowledge of personal lines coverage, while being familiar with insurance industry guidelines and underwriting criteria.

Sales leads will be provided and there are great opportunities to represent the company at group insurance meetings, sponsored events and industry social events

Salary of $45,000 + Commissions, expected earnings $55k+

Responsibilities:

• Grow personal lines network with support from management to achieve sales goals
• Inbound and outbound calls to close personal lines home and auto sales.
• Ensure accurate risk selection and adhere to underwriting criteria
• Provide accurate and timely quotes to potential customers
• Proactively seek the opportunity to cross-sell other lines of business
• Demonstrate a professional attitude and maintain a customer-centered approach
• Follow company and brokerage procedures and workflow requirements

Qualifications:

• RIBO Licensed
• Experience in personal lines insurance sales.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Computer and keyboarding skills
