Comma Recruitment are looking for RIBO licensed service staff to service a book of existing Personal Lines business, make amendments, policy changes, provide coverage advice, renewals and remarkets.
This is a full time, salaried role, benefits, vacation package, ongoing training and mentoring with a large, multi-national brokerage.

Position Summary:
To provide customer service for Personal Insurance policies and taking responsibility for the retention of a large existing book of home and auto business
What you will be doing:
• Service on-going client needs, advise on insurance matters, conduct needs assessment, recommend solutions, answer inquiries and process renewals
• Complete relevant administrative tasks, process correct and accurate documentation
• Contact Underwriters and Adjusters to discuss guidelines and policy
• Prepare documentation for insurers, complete applications for clients, issue insurance certificates, process changes and review renewals
• Keep current on underwriting rules and workflow processes
• Actively participate in training initiatives
What you bring to the table:
• RIBO Licensed
• Insurance experience with two or more years customer service experience
• Exposure to insurance systems, systems like EPIC is an asset
• Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook
• Excellent customer services skills and adept in conflict resolution
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

High Value Account Manager

Comma Recruitment are looking for a talented High Value Account Manager, 3+ years personal lines service and account management experience with strong experience servicing VIP /High Value clients. You bring superb customer service standards along with experience with high value markets such as Intact Prestige, Onyx, Aviva Ovation, Chubb etc.
Primary Duties
• Respond to all client inquiries in a timely manner
• Review, analyze and counsel coverages, identifying any discrepancies on book of business
• Process and/or review all transactions
• Manage client policy renewals as well as re-market existing clients
• Cross-sell/upgrade existing coverage and/or present additional coverages as needed
• Evaluate policy coverage terms and limits relative to client needs and risk profile
• Manage and service books of business for VIP clients with “white glove” service
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and underwriters

• Working towards or have CIP or CAIB
• Experience with high net worth insurance carriers such as Chubb, Intact Prestige, Aviva Ovation and Northbridge Onyx
• 5+ years’ experience in Personal Lines, included client facing and knowledge in high net worth carriers
• 2+ years’ experience in managing and servicing a High Net Worth Personal Lines book of business
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude with outstanding interpersonal and communication (oral & written) skills
• Must be able to work in office or a hybrid work model

As our Team Leader, you will:
• Oversee a small team 0f 6-8 Commercial Underwriters

• Provide feedback & market intelligence to the Ontario team, motivate and oversee MGA
