Looking for a confident and high calibre RIBO Service Broker to maintain a quality book of commercial business, support the sales team by servicing existing book of P&C, hospitality, CGL, E&O etc.

• Service a book of existing commercial business
• Good knowledge of commercial policies, documentation and procedures.
• Strong aptitude for property and casualty policies and relevant documentation, experience in other lines (Construction, Manufacturing, P&C, hospitality, CGL, E&O.) an asset

• Develop and execute high level of service standards, while building relationships with clients and coworkers.
• Develop and maintain a professional relationship with clients and co-workers to enhance understanding of the target market and to contribute to quality service, problem solving, and risk selection

• RIBO Licensed

Customer Service Broker – RIBO

Personal Lines

Work from Home

Comma Recruitment are looking for a RIBO licensed Service Broker / CSR to service a book of Personal Lines business, the role can develop and we can train and develop you on Commercial also.

The position will focus on service of new and existing Personal Lines clients to resolve issues, amend policies, explain coverages.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Service existing clients needs, policy changes, claims inquiries and general day to day account management.
• Initiate, negotiate and process renewals and endorsements.
• Communicate with underwriters and adjusters to discuss/ arrange coverages and assist with claims.
• Assist Producer with new business submissions, proposals, quotes, remarkets and binders as required
• Responsible for retention of existing book of business and generating new business opportunities through cross sell, upsell and referral opportunities to support overall team targets.
• Provide front line support for walk in clients, processing outgoing mail and courier.
• Prepare certificates of insurance and support Commercial Lines Department as needed

Qualifications:

• Currently holds a RIBO license in good standing
• Experience as a Personal Lines CSR
• Brokerage experience preferred
• Ability to deliver positive customer experiences
• Self starter and ability to build efficiencies within your daily workflow
• Commitment to growth and development.
• Experience with insurance systems, portals etc. an asset
