Claims Manager – Casualty – Edmonton  $72,000 – $90,000

Comma Recruitment are looking for a Casualty team leader with 5+ years in Bodily Injury Claims. You will be training, coaching and mentoring a team of adjusters, assisting with complex claims and large losses and appraising staff, monitoring the teams performance and working towards department goals in claim handling, customer service and productivity.

Comma Recruitment are looking for a senior claims adjuster, ideally with management experience and 5 years investigating, negotiating and settling BI/Casualty claims.

Looking for a strong communicator, knowledgeable with policies and procedures, legislation and legal requirements. A talented adjuster that can identify training needs, develop and deliver training material.

A leader that can bring the best out of a talented team of BI / Casualty adjusters and support staff.
