High Value Clients CSR – Personal Lines, RIBO $60 – $70k

Comma Recruitment are looking for RIBO licenced CSR’s to provide exemplary service to existing customers within the VIP / High Value book.

3-5 years RIBO licenced sales or service experience, strong communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Respond to all client inquiries in a timely manner
• Will work closely with Producers
• Review renewals for coverage, accuracy and market when required
• Adhere to binding authority set out by carriers
• Process and/or review all transactions
• Follow internal workflow
• Achieve division retention goals
• Identify upsell opportunities, explain and recommend to clients
• Identify cross selling opportunities and produce quality leads to sales team
• Discuss any potential problems or concerns the client may have with the Account Executive in the first year of business including notification of non-payment cancellations

We are looking for talented service brokers / CSR’s with

• Minimum of 3 years relevant insurance and/or industry related experience ideally within a brokerage
• 3 – 5 years RIBO License required
• Strong verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure with minimum supervision in a team environment
• Strong emphasis on a positive team dynamic
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multi-task between a variety of tasks, projects, and deadlines.

Marketing and Business Relationship Specialist – $70 – $80k Base + Excellent Bonuses and Commissions

Comma Recruitment have a full-time opportunity for an experienced Business Development / Marketing Specialist to develop new and existing Key Accounts for a multi national construction and restoration company.

We are looking for a confident presenter with great relationship building skills, an Insurance or Construction background is preferred but any experience dealing with high level decision makers will be considered.

Must be comfortable building a pipeline of business, representing us at industry events and entertaining clients.

Full training provided but experience in a similar role preferred, you must be organized, comfortable and confident communicating with clients over the phone and face to face. Well presented for meeting clients and senior decision makers.

We have a Senior / leadership role and a Junior position where more training and mentoring will be provided. Located Downtown Toronto and will involve travel throughout GTA.

RIBO – Customer Service Rep: Markham, Mississauga, London $50k – $60k

Comma Recruitment are looking RIBO licensed sales or service reps with personal lines experience, brokerage or insurer experience, great communication skills and the ability to provide superb service to new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to all client inquiries in a timely manner though phone and email contact
• Work closely with Producers (both Personal and Commercial)
• Review renewals for coverage and accuracy, re-market when required
• Liaise with our carriers to ensure proper coverage and follow-up on change requests
• Maintain organized and well documented files

Educational and Experience Requirements

• RIBO Licence required
• 1 – 3 years Personal Insurance experience
• College diploma, CAIB or CIP designation an asset
• Commitment to providing an outstanding level of customer service
• Strong organizational skills with emphasis on attention to detail and accuracy
• Individually motivated and able to work collaboratively within a vibrant team
