Team Leader – Personal Lines Sales Brokers 

Comma Recruitment require a talented and experienced Team Leader to manage a sales and service team.

Leading, coaching and mentoring sales staff, managing administration team and creating a thriving sales culture.

Ideally from a brokerage background with experience in management, leading a team or managing a sales project.  Must have a strong sales background in Insurance related products.

A strong communicator, excellent IT skills with experience with TAM a benefit.

Working with a national broker, base salary of $60,000 – $65,000 with excellent opportunity for development, a full time role with excellent bonuses and commissions, benefits and vacation package.

Located GTA / East Toronto.
