Claims Manager – All Lines  $80,000 – $90,000

Comma Recruitment are looking for a Claims Manager, all lines senior adjuster with leadership experience.

The role brings a range of responsibilities including managing adjusters/claims management, Auditing and claims quality control, managing clients and supervising admin and small intake team, general leadership and motivating and mentoring the team.

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive claims experience
• Leadership experience /people management experience in a claims environment.
• An All-Lines licensed Adjuster with your CIP, FCIP or CRM designation or working towards
• Progressive Personal and Commercial Property and General Liability claim handling experience.
• Demonstrated ability to monitor claims procedures, practices, standards and controls to drive results for operational excellence, financial performance, customer service, compliance, and conflict resolution.
• Strong oral and written communication, and presentation skills with capability of communicating with influence to key stakeholders and senior management.
• Strong sense of accountability, adaptability, decision making and problem solving skills, and planning and organizing abilities.
• A genuine desire to create and improve the quality of service we provide as well as the experience of our team members.
• A creative thinker comfortable with implementing out of the box solutions and leveraging past experiences to create new solutions.
