Broker Manager– Personal Lines Sales Brokers – Ottawa

 

Comma Recruitment require a talented and experienced Team Leader to manage and mentor a sales and service team.

Leading, coaching and mentoring sales staff, managing administration team and creating a thriving sales culture.

Ideally from a brokerage background with experience in management, sales, leading a team or managing a sales project.

Must have a strong sales background in Insurance related products and ability to manage a team independently as direct report will be in Toronto

A strong communicator, excellent IT skills with experience with TAM a benefit.

Working with a national broker, base salary of $60,000 plus bonuses and commissions on sales and staff sales, excellent opportunity for development, a full time role with benefits and vacation package, expected on target earnings of $80,000 – $100,000
